POTD: April 11, 2012
Made Chicken Pot Pie for dinner - it was delicious. Next time though, I'm definitely thinking adding the bottom crust is a must (the recipe only called for the top crust), scaling down the amount of thyme and increasing the cooking time on the celery (it was a big crunchy). Both Stew and I are looking forward to having leftovers of this and of making it again.
