Isn't it January?

This weather is nuts.  The high today was...

I saw a picture posted on Facebook today of my little PAM out riding her bike with no coat on.  That's not supposed to be possible in January.  I mean, she looks damn happy (I stole the photo from her father - I'm sure he won't mind)

But this photo looks like it was taken in May or something - surely not January.  I shouldn't complain.  I know the cold and the snow will come soon and I'll be just as unhappy then.
